First Goal of 2011!



I'm putting it here for all to see...

Lose 40lbs by June 30th.


There it is. Now, to make it happen...

- Eat Right (& Track)
- Be Active (5+ days per week)
- Repeat


That's it. Simple, easy... well... maybe not simple and easy. I just need to take it one step at a time. Eyes on the prize as they say. :)

Heather! Congrats on putting your goals to paper and action! So few actually take the time to plan their goals, write them down, create action steps and then DO IT!! I read a fantastic book called Slight Edge a couple years ago and it's all about making small positive steps each day that lead you down a path of success in every area of your life, you are doing just that, it will not surprise me in the least when you reach and then SURPASS your goal! Happy New Year!
